Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Depending on where you reside, you can expect to receive your order within 14 business days after it has been shipped. Once your order has been placed, we make every effort to have it processed and shipped as soon as possible so that you receive your package in a timely manner.

Buff'd Cosmetics ships orders using Canada Post to destinations all over the world. Rates are determined by package size (number of items/size of box) and the zone in which you live. Generally, an order containing full-size products to Canada will cost between $8.00 (within BC) to $13.00 (in Ontario). An order shipped airmail to the United States (any state) will be around $7.65. For international orders, airmail delivery is around $9.50 and will take between 10-14 business days to be delivered. Airmail is the preferred delivery method for U.S. and International orders. Orders which contain only samples and/or refill kits qualify for our reduced light-packet shipping rate which is based on the delivery destination.

We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Please note that we stand behind every order that is placed and shipped but we will need to wait until six (6) full weeks have passed until we are able to receive claims for lost and undelivered orders. We appreciate your patience as we know postal systems and their delivery times can be unreliable and frustrating.

Buff'd Cosmetics is a Canadian company - all our prices are in Canadian dollars. A minimum order amount of $5.25 CAD is required. Online payments are processed through PayPal. No PayPal account is required and you can charge the order to your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card. There are no additional charges associated with this service.

If you would prefer to pay for your order by Money Order or Cheque, please choose the Pay by Mail option when completing your order through the shopping cart. Print a copy of your order and mail it, along with your cheque or money order, to:

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added to all British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland orders. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to all other Canadian orders. No tax is charged on United States or International orders.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, refunds and exchanges are not possible.

As product color may vary depending on the age and type of computer monitor you are using, please take advantage of our inexpensive samples.

Buff'd Cosmetics' checkout process requires you to provide us with your contact and shipping information. Your financial information is entered on the secure PayPal site. We never see or store your financial information. This information is used solely for order fulfillment.

We use high-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to secure any information that you are required to enter on our site. This ensures that your data cannot be viewed while in transit between Buff'd Cosmetics and your browser. We use cookies to store your cart information, no sensitive information is stored in these cookies.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Additionally, your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart.

We do not sell or disclose our customer information to anyone.
