lluminating dusts are gloriously sheer powders formulated with the lightest iridescent micas that give skin a radiant and luminous glow.

illuminating dust may be lightly brushed just on the cheeks over your blush or they may be used as blush themselves. to add a soft-focus shimmer to skin, a light dusting may be applied on the entire face over your foundation.

applying eye shadows

with colors that range from natural to earthy, from smoky to sultry, the combinations of eye shadows are endless.

tap a small amount of powder from the jar into the lid. using a soft eye shadow brush swirl in a small amount powder and tap off excess.

to achieve a smoky eye look, lighter highlighting shades may be applied over the entire eyelid from the eyelash line to the eyebrow bone. mid-toned shades may be swirled in the outer corner of the eye in the crease area. with a blending brush blend well toward the middle of the eye softening the mid-toned shade into the lighter base color.

to line to eye, eye shadows may be applied dry for a rich smoky effect or wet for extraordinary shimmering color.
